Our violet spring garlic comes directly from only the best growers in Spain. This garlic has various special qualities, one of which is the violet colour of the bulbs. This is also how this variety has received his name. The garlic bulb has nice big and flat cloves. Violet spring has a spicier flavour compared to the white spring variety, but remains light and pleasant in the mouth. This makes it ideal for use in dishes with fish and seafood, off course it can also be combined with other dishes.
