Our Violet Spring garlic comes directly from the best growers in Spain. The garlic bulb has beautiful large and flat violet-coloured cloves. Violet Spring has a spicier taste than White Spring, but still remains a light and pleasant aroma. This makes this garlic perfect for dishes with fish and seafood. Of course, this garlic also tastes great in other dishes. It owes its name to the purple colour of its skin.
