Our Black Garlic once started out as quality Spanish garlic but underwent a transformation by fermenting in the oven for three weeks. This has turned the cloves black, sweet and soft. The familiar garlic flavour fades into the background to make way for a flavour explosion of soy with sultanas.
We have the ability to deliver this particularly flavourful garlic in different ways, such as in bulbs, packed per bulb, as well as in peeled and unpeeled cloves.
