GINGER SLICES

Garlic Solutions produces and supplies freshly cut ginger in various sizes and of high quality. In recent years, there has been increasing demand for this product.
It is a popular ingredient that adds flavour to dishes. Fresh ginger tea is also increasingly popular, both at home and in the hospitality industry. Among other things, we supply ginger slices of around 5 mm. The slices have already been washed. Ready-to-use, very convenient and time-saving.

For retail
For the supermarket, our ginger slices are packed in sachets of 100 grams. The sachet is 12.5 cm wide. Delivery under white label is possible. We recommend placing our fresh ginger slices in the refrigerated section next to fresh mint tea.

For the catering industry
For the catering industry, our ginger slices are packed in sachets of 400 grams. The sachet is then 17.5 cm wide.

We continue to innovate our cutting processes. We also contribute to minimising food waste with our ‘customised ginger’.
